A Circle Haus initiative for women across life sciences, built on the same principle: honest, off-the-record connection.
Over 200 women across pharma, biotech, medtech, and consulting in Switzerland. Open to any woman working in, or looking to enter, life sciences, no application, no invitation required. Every woman needs peer support at some point, guidance, a sounding board, someone who's been there. And every woman has something to give, time, experience, a willingness to mentor. EmpowHer exists for both, connecting, growing, and supporting each other.
In-Person Gatherings
Community breakfasts, speed networking after works, retreats... real rooms, real conversation, open to any woman in life sciences.
Online peer sessions
Career Circle sessions on CVs, LinkedIn, and interviews, and Pitch It! sessions for women pitching their own startups or projects, all in small peer breakout groups.
