About the event
Leading through AI
AI has moved from boardroom buzzword to operational reality. Pilots are launched, tools are rolled out, budgets are committed. Yet behind the headlines, results are uneven: some initiatives deliver, many quietly stall, and the people questions often prove harder than the technical ones.
Senior leaders are expected to have a clear AI strategy, while still working out what actually works in their own organisation.
Circle Dinner brings together 12 senior leaders from different industries for an evening of honest, off-the-record conversation. No panels, no pitches, no sponsors. Just peers around a table, sharing what they are really implementing, what is working, what isn't, and what it means to lead through it.
