About what it actually feels like to be at the top.
The decisions you carry alone.
The doubts you cannot share with your team without undermining their confidence.
The things you cannot say to your board without appearing weak.
It comes up again and again.
Not burnout.
Not AI.
Not talent.
Loneliness.
A specific kind that comes with the seat.
Almost nobody talks about it openly.
Because there is no room for it.Not in the diary, not in the culture, not in most professional spaces.
That is what I am building Circle Haus to change.
